Met a couple on holiday from Amsterdam visiting their friends in San Francisco while drawing and eating pie. How awesome is it that the Europeans call it "on holiday" instead of "on vacation"? Most awesome.

Tony had to interview us for a class project today and we got to talking about our art motto, mine: "keep drawing, keep failing, and keep trying." Tony's: "Do the best you can and fuck everything else." Stephanie: "....I don't have an art motto."

Man, it's been a while since I've done some life drawing in a studio setting. It's kind of nice to have people pose for you again. Will need to bring proper supplies next time. Paint, charcoal, pencils, erasers, etc...
