Hello friends, it's been a while; I've been actively drawing and going on little adventures but now I'm baaaaack. It's pretty crazy how fast the year goes by isn't it?

The art collective I'm a part of, Weeknight Rodeo will be having an art show at Alley Cat Books on Friday, Sept. 7th, at 6:30 PM. If you guys are in the area, come check it out! Address to the place is: 3036 24th St., San Francisco. And yes, it will be fantastic.

ZINEFEST

Thank you to everyone who showed up to Zinefest. I got to share tables with fellow illustrators Chris Koehler, Stephanie Kubo, and Tony Huynh. There was a really great turnout and the monster stickers seemed to resonate well with people. There will be more coming soon! Tony had to interview us for a class project today and we got to talking about our art motto, mine: "keep drawing, keep failing, and keep trying." Tony's: "Do the best you can and fuck everything else." Stephanie: "....I don't have an art motto."

Man, it's been a while since I've done some life drawing in a studio setting. It's kind of nice to have people pose for you again. Will need to bring proper supplies next time. Paint, charcoal, pencils, erasers, etc...
